The next Helfet Society meeting will be at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, California from February 5-8, 2026. The meeting will begin with a cocktail reception on the evening of Thursday, February 05, 2026. The hotel room blocks are open from Thursday, February 5th to Sunday, February 8th, 2026. Your membership dues will cover your hotel stay (1 room) and society-related meals. If you wish to book an extra room or prolong your stay, you will be responsible for the cost.
